Understanding Your Dashboard

When you log in, Pro Kit opens on Financial options, the full directory. Everything else is one click away in the menu.

The menu

On a computer the menu sits down the left side. On a phone, tap the menu icon at the top left. It has three pages:

• Financial options: the directory itself (keyboard shortcut B)
• My feedback: the outcomes you've reported and the community results (shortcut F). See The My feedback page.
• Settings: your subscription, payment methods, password and account (shortcut S). See Your settings.

The shortcuts work anywhere in Pro Kit except while you're typing in a box. On a computer you can collapse the menu to icons with Collapse; Pro Kit remembers your choice on that device.

The Financial options page

From the top down:

• The heading shows how many options are listed, and underneath, when the directory was last verified and when the next weekly check is due. See Weekly checks and verified dates.
• The stance filter, the small row of icons beside the heading, shows only providers with a particular CIFAS stance.
• The tabs: For You (your personalised recommendations), All, and one tab for each category, each with a count.
• The provider cards. More load as you scroll. See Reading a provider card.

Your account menu

Your Membership ID (it starts ADV-K-) is shown at the bottom of the menu on a computer, and next to the menu icon at the top of the screen on a phone. Quote it whenever you contact us. Select it on a computer to open your account menu, with links to Settings and Log out. The icons at the top right open My feedback and Settings.

The footer

At the bottom of every page are links to our legal pages, this Help Centre and the Contact page, plus the theme switch: Light, Dark or System (which follows your device).
