Your Settings

A guide to the Pro Kit Settings page and its three tabs: Overview, Subscription, and Account, where you manage your membership, payments and password.

Open Settings from the menu, the gear icon at the top right, or press S. Settings has three tabs.

Overview

Your membership card shows the date you joined, your plan (ADVICIFAS Pro Kit · £3.99/month) and your status: active, cancelled or suspended. Below it:

  • Manage membership takes you to the Subscription tab.
  • Quick links go to Subscription details and Account & security.

Subscription

  • Your membership card again, with your Next billing date and your Last payment. If you've cancelled, the date is shown as Access until instead.
  • Cancel subscription, while your subscription is active. See Cancelling your subscription.
  • If you've cancelled, a note saying your subscription has been cancelled and that you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
  • Payment method: your saved cards, with your primary one marked. From here you can Add payment method or Manage payment methods. See Managing payment methods.

Account

  • Password: change your password. See Changing your password.
  • Personal details: the email address you log in with.
  • Sign out: signs you out on this device.

Your email address can't be changed in the app. To change it, email [email protected] from your current address, quoting your Membership ID.

Frequently Asked Questions

At the bottom of the menu on a computer, and next to the menu icon at the top of the screen on a phone. It starts ADV-K-.
Use the theme switch at the bottom of any page: Light, Dark, or System to follow your device's setting.
