Changing Your Password

How to change your ADVICIFAS Pro Kit password from Settings while you're logged in, what your new password needs, and what to do if it doesn't work.

If you know your current password, you can change it from Settings. If you've forgotten it, see Forgotten your password instead.

1. Open Password in Settings

Go to Settings, choose the Account tab, then Password.

2. Enter your current password

Under "Change your password", enter your current password and continue.

3. Set a new password

Your new password must have:

  • at least 8 characters
  • at least one uppercase letter
  • at least one number

Enter it twice and choose Change password.

4. Done

You'll see "Password changed". Use your new password the next time you log in.

Passwords can't contain spaces. Any you type are removed as you go.

No. Pro Kit and ADVICIFAS Pro have separate logins. Changing one doesn't change the other.
