Troubleshooting

Can't Log In

Trouble logging in to ADVICIFAS Pro Kit? What each login message means, from Not found and Invalid password to Something went wrong, and how to fix it.

Pro Kit's login page is advicifas.org/prokit/login. Make sure you're there, not on the ADVICIFAS Pro login page, which is a separate account. Then find the message you're seeing below.

"Not found"

There's no Pro Kit account for the email address you entered. Check:

  • the spelling of your email address
  • whether you signed up with a different email address
  • whether your account is with ADVICIFAS Pro rather than Pro Kit (log in at /pro/login instead)

"Invalid password"

The password doesn't match. Passwords are case-sensitive, so check Caps Lock. If you can't remember it, choose Need help? then Forgot your password?. See Forgotten your password.

"Device limit reached"

Your account has been used on its maximum of three devices. See Device limit reached.

"Something went wrong. Please try again."

This can mean a connection problem, or that there have been too many login attempts in a short time. Check your internet connection, wait 15 minutes, then try again.

You log in but end up somewhere unexpected

Still stuck? Email [email protected] from the email address on your account and tell us the message you see.
