Device Limit Reached

Seeing Device limit reached when you log in to Pro Kit? Why each account is limited to three devices, what counts as a new device, and how to get back in.

Share

If you see "Device limit reached" when you log in, your account has already been used on its maximum of three devices, and the one you're using now counts as a fourth.

Why it happens

A device is recognised from the settings of the browser and screen you log in with. It can count as a new device when:

  • you log in on a new phone, tablet or computer
  • your setup changes a lot, for example a different screen or monitor, or a different time zone when travelling
  • someone else has logged in to your account on their device

If you use the same email address for ADVICIFAS Pro, devices you've used for Pro count too.

How to get back in

  • If you can, log in on a device you've used before.
  • Otherwise, email [email protected] from the email address on your account, with your Membership ID if you have it, and ask to add a new device.

The limit protects your account from being shared or used by someone else. If you didn't expect to reach it, change your password and let us know.

No. Logging out ends your session on that browser but the device still counts towards the limit.
