ADVICI LTD, trading as ADVICIFAS, is the controller of the personal data you give us through Pro Kit. Pro Kit only needs a small amount of information about you.
What we keep
- your email address and your password, which is stored in a scrambled form we can't read
- your Membership ID, subscription status and payment history
- the type and last four digits of your saved cards (the full card details are held by our payment processor, not by us)
- your answers to the recommendation questions
- the outcomes and notes you report, and any providers you suggest
- information about the devices you log in from, for security and the device limit
Who can see it
- Other members only see anonymous totals of accepted and declined reports. Never your name, email, Membership ID or notes.
- Providers see nothing. We don't send them your details, and opening a provider's website from Pro Kit doesn't tell them who you are.
- The ADVICIFAS team can see your account to support you, and the notes you add to your reports.
If you cancel
We don't delete your account when you cancel, so if you resubscribe everything is as you left it. If we ever change that, we'll give you at least 60 days' notice first.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, among your other rights under UK data protection law. Email [email protected] with your Membership ID. We'll respond within one month and there's no charge. If we have to keep anything by law, we'll tell you what and why.

There's no delete button in Pro Kit. To close your account and have your data deleted, cancel your subscription and then email us asking for deletion.
