No. Using Pro Kit is private. Providers aren't told that you use it or that you found them through it.
When you open a provider's website
- The Open button takes you to the provider's normal website in a new tab.
- We don't add a referral code or tracking tag to the link.
- The link is opened so that the provider's website isn't told which page you came from.
- We don't send the provider your name, email address or anything else about you.
No relationship with providers
We don't introduce you to providers and we receive no payment, commission or referral fee from them. Your application is between you and the provider, in exactly the same way as if you'd found them yourself.
What a provider does know is what you tell it on your application and what its own checks show. If it's a CIFAS member, those checks can include the National Fraud Database. See Can providers see my marker?
