You can reset your password at any time with a link sent to the email address on your account.

1. Ask for a reset link

Go to advicifas.org/prokit/reset-password, or on the login page choose Need help? and then Forgot your password?. Enter the email address you signed up with and choose Send reset link.

2. Check your inbox

Look for an email titled "Reset your ADVICIFAS Pro Kit password" and choose Reset password. The link works for one hour. If it hasn't arrived within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.

3. Set a new password

Your new password must have:

  • at least 8 characters
  • at least one uppercase letter
  • at least one number

Enter it twice and choose Reset password.

4. Log in

You'll see "Password updated". Choose Go to login and log in with your new password. We'll also email you to confirm the change.

For your security, the "Check your inbox" screen appears whatever email address you enter, so it can't be used to find out who has an account. If no email arrives, check you used the address you signed up with.
