Emails from Pro Kit

Pro Kit emails come from an @advicifas.org address and go to the email you log in with. Here's what you can expect.

Your account

• Welcome: when your first payment goes through, with a View your options button.
• Password reset: when you ask to reset your password, and a confirmation once it's changed.
• Suggestion received: when you suggest a provider.

The directory

• Directory updated: when new providers are added in the weekly check, usually on a Monday.

Directory updates have an unsubscribe link at the bottom. They aren't sent if you've unsubscribed from any ADVICIFAS marketing email, or if you ticked "Please do not email me ADVICIFAS Pro Kit special offers" when you signed up.

Cancelling and resubscribing

• Subscription cancelled: confirming your cancellation.
• Access ending: three days before your paid period ends, with the date.
• Access ended: when your paid period has ended.
• Payment link: when you ask for one from the "Your subscription has ended" or "Account suspended" screen.
• Welcome back: when your access is restored after a payment goes through, whether you paid or an automatic retry worked.

Payment problems

• Payment failed: when your monthly payment couldn't be taken, followed by reminders while it's outstanding.
• Card details need updating, bank blocked the payment, or payment method can no longer be used: when your bank's response tells us what went wrong.
• Your bank has stopped your payments: when your bank tells us you've asked it to stop paying us. We cancel your subscription and this email confirms it.

If you don't finish signing up

Up to three reminders over the three days after you create your account, unless you ticked "Please do not email me ADVICIFAS Pro Kit special offers" when you signed up. These have an unsubscribe link at the bottom.

How long the links last

• Buttons that log you straight in, like View your options: 30 days
• Payment and resubscribe links: 7 days
• Password reset links: 1 hour
