Troubleshooting

Page Won't Load or Looks Empty

Pro Kit showing a blank screen, no providers or an empty For You tab? Quick checks to get the directory showing again, and what to send us if it doesn't.

1. Give it a moment, then refresh

Pro Kit checks your account before showing anything, and the directory loads after that. For a second or two you may see a count of 0 or no providers. If it doesn't fill in, refresh the page.

2. Check your filters

  • If you see "No providers match this filter.", choose the first stance icon beside the heading to show every stance, or try another tab.
  • If the For You tab is empty, the stance filter may be hiding your matches. If it's set to show everything and the tab is still empty, choose Edit My Needs and save your answers again.

3. Check your connection and browser

  • Make sure you're connected to the internet.
  • Update your browser to the latest version.
  • Turn off ad blockers or privacy extensions for advicifas.org.

4. Log out and back in

Go to Settings, choose Sign out, then log in again at advicifas.org/prokit/login.

If you keep being sent somewhere else

  • To the login page: your session has ended. Log in again.
  • To the payment screen: your first payment wasn't completed. See Your first payment.
  • To a screen saying your account is suspended or has ended: see Account suspended or ended.

Still not working? Email [email protected] with your Membership ID, the device and browser you're using, and what you see. A screenshot helps.
