Reviewing Your Letter

Every letter is shown to you before it's sent. Here's what to look for and what your options are.

Nothing is sent without your approval. After a letter is generated, you see a full preview. Read it through before deciding what to do next.

What to check

  • Your personal details: name, address, date of birth should be correct at the top of the letter.
  • The institution's details: correct institution name and address.
  • Dates and facts: marker date, complaint dates, response dates should match your records.
  • The arguments: do they reflect your situation accurately? Is there anything you'd add or remove?
  • The tone: does it feel right for your case? Too aggressive? Too soft?

Your options

  • "Looks good, continue": accepts the letter and moves to sending
  • "Refine with ADVICI AI": opens the refine chat where you can request changes conversationally

You can also copy the letter text at any point during the preview.

If something's wrong

If a fact is incorrect (wrong date, wrong institution detail, incorrect personal information), update it in your profile or via the Update tab on your case page, then regenerate the letter. The system will incorporate the correction.

If the arguments or tone need adjusting, use the refine chat; it's faster than regenerating and preserves your writing style.
