Internal access is strictly limited
Only trained and authorised team members who need access to provide our services can see your information. For Client Portal clients, that includes the specialists handling your case. ADVICIFAS Pro members run their own case in their own name, so our team only accesses their information to provide support or keep the service running. All access to your data is monitored to prevent misuse.
Discreet communication
We will only contact you via approved methods. We take care to avoid using your name or case references in email subject lines or message previews that could compromise your privacy.
Cryptocurrency payments for additional privacy
We accept cryptocurrency for some services, including Client Portal payments and ADVICIFAS Pro and Pro Kit subscriptions where it is offered at checkout, so that your financial transactions with us can remain private and outside the view of traditional banking systems.
Ongoing protection
Even after your matter is closed, your data remains protected under the same strict standards. You may request the permanent deletion of your records at any time.
