These Terms & Conditions (TSCS) form our agreement and you agree to be legally bound by them by using our products and / or services.

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase and use of the ADVICIFAS Strategy Package (“the Package”). By purchasing or using the Package, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. What the Package includes

The Strategy Package provides a personalised and non-transferable set of resources designed to help you remove your CIFAS or fraud-related marker. The package includes:

  • Tailored step-by-step strategy
  • Institution-specific template letters and documents
  • Escalation templates (ICO, Ombudsman CEO, etc.)
  • Regulatory references to support your challenge
  • Free advisory support throughout your usage of the package
  • Client Portal access for your own progression tracking

The package is not a service, and no actions are taken on your behalf.

3. Eligibility

You must be over 18 years old and the data subject of the CIFAS marker in question. This package is for personal use only.

4. No Guarantee of Outcome

Although the strategy is designed with a proven framework used across hundreds of successful cases, ADVICIFAS makes no guarantee of any specific outcome or removal. Your success will depend on the accuracy, honesty, and persistence with which you follow the steps.

5. Refund Policy

The Strategy Package is a non-refundable digital product. As the content is personalised and accessible immediately upon confirmation, the Package is exempt from the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to waive your cancellation rights under these regulations.

6. Use of Materials

All content within the Package is provided for your individual use. You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or reproduce the contents for others
  • Share login or Client Portal access external to that of Joint User access
  • Use the package on behalf of third parties. 

Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

7. Support and Communication

Free advisory support is provided to help you make the best use of your package. This includes:

  • Ongoing communication with a specialist
  • Clarification on specific steps
  • Guidance on when and how to escalate

We do not provide legal advice, nor do we act on your behalf.

8. Data Protection

We handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your data with any third parties unless legally obligated.

9. Limitations of Liability

ADVICIFAS shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from your use of the Strategy Package. This includes:

  • Financial loss
  • Damage to credit
  • Delay in outcome
  • Rejected complaints or escalations

You remain responsible for your use of the materials.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be notified via email if any material changes are made.

By purchasing the ADVICIFAS Strategy Package, you confirm that:

  • You are the data subject and not acting on behalf of anyone else
  • You understand this is not a service and no guarantees are made
  • You waive your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
