Pro Kit is one subscription at one price: £3.99 a month. It includes everything in Pro Kit, with no setup fee, no contract and no charge for cancelling.
When you're charged
- The first £3.99 is taken when you subscribe, and your access starts straight away.
- After that, £3.99 is taken each month on your renewal date, from your primary payment method. If that doesn't work, we try your other saved methods.
- It carries on until you cancel.
Your status
The status on your membership card in Settings is one of:
- Active: your subscription is running and will renew.
- Cancelled: you've cancelled. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
- Suspended: your last payment didn't go through. See Failed payments.
On your statement
The payment shows on your bank or card statement under a name that includes ADVICIFAS. We don't currently email a receipt for monthly payments; if you need confirmation of a payment, email [email protected] with your Membership ID.
If the price changes
We'll tell you at least 30 days before any price change, and it won't apply to a month you've already paid for. If you don't want to continue at the new price, you can cancel before it takes effect.
You can only hold one Pro Kit subscription. If you also have ADVICIFAS Pro, it's billed separately, on its own date and with its own payment methods.
