If you know a provider that accepted you with a CIFAS marker and it isn't in Pro Kit, you can suggest it.
1. Open a category
On the Financial options page, choose any single category tab, such as Current Accounts. At the top of the list is a card: "Got your own suggestions?" Choose it.
2. Fill in the form
- Provider name, for example Pockit or Monese
- Website (optional), for example pockit.com
- Category, which is filled in from the tab you were on; change it if you need to
3. Submit
Choose Submit suggestion. You'll see "Thanks for your suggestion" and we'll send you an email confirming we've received it.
What happens next
Your suggestion goes to our team to review. If the provider passes the same checks as the rest of the directory, it can be added for everyone. See How providers are found.
Not every suggestion is added, and there's no set timescale for reviewing one. Please don't suggest a provider on its behalf or in return for any payment or benefit from it, and tell us if you have any connection to a provider you suggest.
