The Community view of the My feedback page brings together what Pro Kit members have reported about each provider. Each provider that has been reported on has its own card.
What each card shows
- Responses: how many members have reported an outcome for this provider.
- Mostly accepted or Mostly declined: whether at least half of those members were accepted.
- Accepted and declined totals, with a bar showing the split.
- Last feedback: the month of the most recent report.
- The provider's CIFAS stance.
- An Open button to the provider's website, when at least one member was accepted, and Did it open for you? if you haven't reported on it yet.
How the list is ordered
Providers with any acceptances come first, those with the most acceptances at the top. Providers with the same number are ordered by their most recent report.
What the numbers mean
The totals are reports from other members. We don't verify them and they aren't supplied by the providers. They aren't an acceptance rate and they can't predict what will happen with your application. A provider with many acceptances may still decline you, and one with declines may accept you.
On provider cards
Every provider card on the Financial options page has a Community feedback bar with the same counts: the number of reports, and how many members were accepted and declined. A provider nobody has reported on shows No reports yet. Your own report is counted as soon as you submit it.
Every report is anonymous. Members only ever see the totals, never who reported what or anyone's notes. See Leaving feedback on a provider.
