Uploading Evidence

How to upload supporting documents for your case.

Share

Evidence upload steps appear in your roadmap when the system determines your case would benefit from supporting documents. You can upload up to 10 files at once.

Supported formats: PDF, Word (.doc, .docx), Excel (.xlsx, .xls), PowerPoint (.pptx), RTF, OpenDocument (.odt, .ods), email files (.eml), and images (JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP). Maximum 20MB per file. You can also paste text directly.

After upload, each document is analysed and rated automatically. The system sees images visually: screenshots, photos of letters, and scanned documents all work.

You don't need evidence to challenge your marker. Many successful challenges are built entirely on legal arguments. Evidence strengthens the case but isn't always required.
