Direct email sending is temporarily unavailable. You can still generate and send letters by copying them from your dashboard. See Sending your letter for instructions.
When your email is connected, you can send letters directly from your dashboard:
- Sent from your address: the institution sees a normal email from you
- Subject line set automatically: based on your case and letter type
- Evidence attached: relevant documents can be attached directly
- Conversations threaded: replies go into the same email thread
- Replies detected automatically: when the institution responds, the system detects and processes it
If your email isn't connected, you copy the letter and send it yourself. See Sending your letter for both options.
