How Evidence Appears in Letters

The system selects which evidence to reference in each letter automatically.

Share

You don't choose which evidence goes into which letter. The system handles this automatically based on each document's rating and findings:

  • Documents rated "use": referenced in the letter, described with what they show, stated as "held and available upon request".
  • Specific findings are cited: the strongest findings from each document are woven into the legal arguments.
  • Documents rated "don't use": completely excluded. Not mentioned, not referenced, not alluded to.
  • Unanalysed documents: held back until analysis is complete.

The system selects the right evidence for each letter type based on what's most relevant to the argument being made.
