The Devices tab shows the devices that have logged in to your account, including the one you're using now. You can rename devices, log out all other devices, and reset your password from here.
Viewing your devices
On mobile and tablets: Tap the menu icon (≡) next to your name at the top left, tap your name at the top of the menu, then tap 'Manage account'. You can also tap the settings icon (cog) at the top right. Then select the 'Devices' tab at the top of the page.
On desktop: Press your name at the top of the sidebar on the left, then press 'Manage account'. You can also press the settings icon (cog) at the top right. Then select 'Devices' in the menu on the left of the page.
Under 'Current device' you'll see the device you're using, marked 'Active now', with its location. If other devices have logged in to your account, they're listed under 'Other devices', newest first, with when they last signed in and where from. Only the first few are shown; press 'Show more' to see the rest.
Renaming a device
- Press 'Rename' under the device you want to rename
- Enter the new name
- Press 'Rename'
The new name appears with the original device name next to it in brackets. The portal recognises the device next time you log in from it, so the name stays.
Logging out all devices
If you're concerned about unauthorised access, you can log out every device except the one you're using now. This option appears when other devices are listed.
- On the 'Devices' tab, under 'See a device you don't recognise?', press 'Log out all devices'
- Press 'Confirm'
Logging out all devices ends every session except your current one. Anyone using those devices will need to log in again.
Resetting your password
Under 'See a device you don't recognise?', press 'Reset password'. Enter your current password and press 'Next', then enter a new password that meets the requirements shown on screen and press 'Change password'. You can also change your password from the 'Security' tab at any time.
