IP restrictions automatically block access from high-risk internet connections: VPNs, proxy servers, OVH-hosted addresses and other services often linked to fraud or suspicious activity.

Which connections are blocked

  • VPNs (virtual private networks)
  • Proxy servers, public or private
  • Data centre addresses, such as OVH, DigitalOcean, AWS, Google Cloud and similar providers
  • Other anonymising or masking services

If you're blocked

You won't be able to reach the Client Portal: the attempt is blocked automatically, and sometimes you'll just see a white screen where nothing loads.

To get back in, turn off any VPN or proxy and connect through a standard UK home or mobile internet connection.

Why we use strict IP restrictions

Our clients' security is our top priority. These restrictions protect you and your data, cut down fraud attempts, and make sure only genuine users can reach the Client Portal.

If you have any questions or concerns, email us at [email protected].

The Client Portal is a vital part of our Client Care Services.

It is the only official channel through which we provide updates, documents, and progress reports.

Without registering and actively using the portal, you will not receive updates on your case, and our team will be unable to move your matter forward.
