Cancelling is simple. No contracts, no cancellation fees, no retention calls, no hoops. Two taps and it's done.
Step 1: Tap "Cancel subscription"
Go to your profile → Subscription tab. At the bottom of your membership card:
Tap "Cancel subscription" at the bottom of your subscription card
Step 2: Confirm
A confirmation dialog appears showing exactly when your access ends:
Cancel subscription?
You'll keep access until 15 July 2026. After that, your access will end.
The cancellation confirmation: shows your access end date
Tap "Yes, cancel my subscription" to confirm. Or tap "Keep my subscription" if you change your mind; nothing happens.
That's it
Your subscription status updates immediately:
Your subscription has been cancelled. You have access until 15 July 2026.
After cancellation, status changes to Cancelled with your access end date
What happens next
- Full access until your billing date: nothing changes until then. Roadmap, letters, evidence, everything works exactly as before.
- No more charges: your payment method won't be charged again.
- Data preserved permanently: cases, letters, evidence, roadmaps, analysis. Nothing is deleted. Ever.
- Confirmation email sent: confirming the cancellation and your access end date.
Cancelling doesn't delete anything. If you change your mind, even months later, you can renew and pick up exactly where you left off.
Coming back
If you decide to resubscribe after cancelling:
- Log in: your account still exists. When you log in, you'll see that your subscription needs renewing.
- Check your email: the system sends you a renewal link with a secure auto-login. Tap it to go straight to the renewal page.
- Add a payment method and renew: your subscription reactivates immediately.
- Everything is where you left it: cases, letters, evidence, roadmaps. Instantly restored.
Reactivation after voluntary cancellation incurs a one-off £19.99 reactivation fee in addition to your monthly subscription of £14.99.
