The Packages page shows every package we're providing for you, the step each one has reached, and the steps still to come.

Opening your packages

On mobile and tablets: Tap the menu icon in the top left of the screen, next to your name, then select 'Packages'.

On desktop: Select 'Packages' in the menu on the left of the screen.

You can also get there from your dashboard: press a package card under Packages, or the Packages card under Quick actions.

Reading a package card

Each package has its own card, showing:

  • The package name, with the step it's at now shown underneath
  • Its status: Active, Onboarding, Paused, Suspended, Completed or Closed
  • Its reference, shown as Ref at the bottom of the card

Viewing the steps

Press 'Steps' on a card to see every step in the package. Completed steps have a green tick, the current step is highlighted with an arrow, and steps still to come are shown as empty circles. Press 'Hide' to close the list.

Viewing a package's details

Press 'Details' on a card to open a pop-up with:

  • Current stage: the step the package is at now and what it involves
  • Progression: a timeline of every step, with completed steps ticked
  • The package Description and Details, where added
  • The date it Started, and the date it Ended if it has finished
  • Its Cost, where set, and its Reference

Press 'Close' to close the pop-up.

The Packages page doesn't show estimated timescales for each step. How long a step takes depends on institution response times and how complex your case is.

Viewing case information

The details and notes for each of your cases are on a separate page, under 'Case', then 'Information'. See Case information for how to use it.
