What is Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)?

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is a security feature that adds an extra layer of protection to your Client Portal.

In addition to your User ID and password, you’ll need to enter a uniq code sent to your verified UK mobile number when logging in.

If you have any questions or concerns, please let us know by sending us an email at [email protected].

When you log in, after entering your User ID and password, a one-time verification code is sent via SMS to your registered UK mobile.

Entering this code confirms it’s really you and grants access to your Client Portal.

ADVICIFAS enforces 2FA to keep your sensitive information safe. 

Even if your password is compromised, unauthorised users won’t be able to log in without the verification code.

No. For security reasons, 2FA is mandatory for all Client Portal accounts and cannot be disabled.

However, you are able to set up OAuth Log In that enables you to bypass 2FA by logging in with either Apple or Google instead.

Ensure your mobile number is up-to-date in the Client Portal.
