What can we do for you today?

What are IP restrictions in the Client Portal?

IP restrictions are a security measure that automatically blocks access from high-risk internet connections.

This includes VPNs, proxy servers, OVH-hosted IPs, and other proxy-based services often linked to fraudulent or suspicious activity.

Our system automatically bans connections from:

  • VPNs (Virtual Private Networks)
  • Proxy servers (public or private)
  • Data centre IPs such as OVH, DigitalOcean, AWS, Google Cloud, and similar providers
  • Other anonymising or masking services

You will be unable to access the Client Portal, and your attempt will be automatically blocked. This sometimes results in a white screen where nothing will load.

To regain access, you must connect via a standard UK home or mobile internet connection.

Our clients’ security is our top priority.

These restrictions protect our clients, their data, reduce fraud attempts, and ensure only legitimate users can securely access the Client Portal.

Without registering and actively using the portal, you will not receive updates on your case, and our team will be unable to move your matter forward.
