What can we do for you today?

What is a Joint User?

A joint user is someone you authorise — such as a carer, partner, or trusted family member — to access your Client Portal alongside you.

Joint users can do everything you can, including viewing updates, tracking service progress, and can even complete actions (like uploading documents or requesting updates), all while maintaining the same level of security and privacy as your own account.

Mobile users

  1. Open the dashboard (this is the first screen after logging in).
  2. Tap the menu icon (≡) in the top right corner of your screen.
  3. From the mobile menu, select ‘Manage account settings’.
  4. In the Manage account settings menu (menu names appear at the top right of each submenu), tap ‘Manage account’.
  5. In the ‘Account’ page, ensure that ‘Settings’ is selected.
  6. Scroll and find ‘Joint Users’.
  7. Press ‘Add User’.
  8. Enter their:
    • First name;
    • Last name;
    • Email address; and
    • Mobile number.
  9. Choose a User ID and check its availability.
  10. Enter a temporary password and confirm it.
  11. Then press ‘Add User’.
  12. Now, when the joint user attempts to log in with the temporary credentials, they will be prompted to set up their own password as well as complete Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).
  13. Once they’ve set up their own credentials, they are then able to log into your Client Portal.

Desktop users

  1. Open the dashboard (this is the first screen after logging in).
  2. In the header, hover over your User ID.
  3. In the menu that appears, press ‘Manage account’.
  4. In the ‘Account’ page, ensure that ‘Settings’ is selected.
  5. Scroll and find ‘Joint Users’.
  6. Press ‘Add User’.
  7. Enter their:
    • First name;
    • Last name;
    • Email address; and
    • Mobile number.
  8. Choose a User ID and check its availability.
  9. Enter a temporary password and confirm it.
  10. Then press ‘Add User’.
  11. Now, when the joint user attempts to log in with the temporary credentials, they will be prompted to set up their own password as well as complete Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).
  12. Once they’ve set up their own credentials, they are then able to log into your Client Portal.
  1. In the ‘Account’ page and ‘Settings’ tab, scroll to ‘Joint User’.
  2. Press ‘Manage’.
  3. Locate the Joint User you wish you remove.
  4. Press the bin icon.
  5. Confirm the deletion.
