How to locate your services

Mobile users

  1. Open the dashboard (this is the first screen after logging in).
  2. Tap the menu icon (≡) in the top right corner of your screen.
  3. From the mobile menu, select ‘Services’.

Desktop users

  1. Open the dashboard (this is the first screen after logging in).
  2. In the header, press ‘Services’.

  1. In the ‘Your Services’ page, locate the service you’d like more information relating to.
  2. Press ‘Details’.
  3. This will open a popup of detailed service information.
  1. In the ‘Your Services’ page, locate the service you want to see the progress relating to.
  2. Press ‘Progress’.
  3. Here you’ll see detailed information of your service’s current phase, next phase, and estimated timescales.

The Client Portal is a vital part of our Client Care Services.
