Terminations

Learn about when we may terminate a service.

Your service may be terminated if you breach our terms & conditions, fail to cooperate during a suspension or investigation, or engage in conduct that poses a risk to our operations, such as providing falsified information or behaving abusively.

Examples of risks we cannot accept:

  • Supplying falsified information;
  • Abusive contact to staff (incl. client care specialists);
  • Suspected witting or complicit involvement in fraud; or
  • Suspected involvement in other crimes undisclosed.

If your service is terminated, you will receive an email notification detailing the reasons for the termination and any next steps or implications.

After termination, all operations related to your service are permanently discontinued, and you will no longer have access to our services. Any further communication must be handled via email.

Yes, you can appeal a termination decision by submitting a written request with supporting evidence. Appeals are reviewed thoroughly, and you will receive a final decision within 7 to 15 working days

Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances of the termination and the terms & conditions. Generally, clients found in breach of the terms are not eligible for a refund.

If you feel the termination was unjust, you may file an appeal with evidence supporting your claim. Risk Operations will review your case and provide a detailed response.

In most cases, termination is final. However, if an appeal is successful, the service may be reinstated under specific conditions outlined by Risk Operations.

You can avoid termination by adhering to our terms & conditions, providing accurate and truthful information, and cooperating fully during any suspension or investigation processes.

In most cases, you will be informed if your service is at risk of termination and given an opportunity to address the issue. However, immediate termination may occur in severe cases of breach.

Reapplying after termination is generally not permitted, as termination signifies a permanent discontinuation of the service relationship.
