How can I request evidence related to my case or service?
To request evidence, you must email us at [email protected]. Please include specific details about the type of evidence you need to help us process your request efficiently.
What types of evidence can I request?
You can request:
Proof of submissions made on your behalf.
Communication logs or correspondence related to your case.
Documentation or reports generated as part of the service.
We cannot supply:
Documentation that directly and / or indirectly exposes internal process.
How long does it take to receive the evidence I requested?
We aim to provide requested evidence within 48 hours of receiving your email, excluding weekends. If more time is needed, we will notify you promptly.
Is there any evidence I cannot request?
Certain sensitive or third-party information may be restricted to protect confidentiality and privacy. If any part of your request cannot be fulfilled, we will inform you and explain why.
What format will the evidence be provided in?
Evidence is typically provided in digital format, such as PDF documents or email correspondence. If you require a specific format, please include this in your email request.
Can I request evidence multiple times?
Yes, you can request evidence as needed. However, we encourage you to include as many details as possible in your initial email to streamline the process.
