  • Enter your current information
  • Select your current contact preference
  • Select your new preference
  • Supply reasoning for this change
  • Press ‘submit’ and await our confirmation.

Writing to us to update your information

If you wish to update your preference by writing to us, direct your correspondence to:

  • Service number (CL/ XXXX);
  • Email address; and
  • Address.

Where you fail to include the required information, we may be unable to locate your service to update your preferences, so please ensure you include everything as stated above.

Joint service holders

This change will only update your own preferences. All other service holders may need to update their preferences separately. Until they notify us, all their correspondence including servicing notifications and alerts, will be sent to their previous preference.

You can request us to update the frequency at which you are updated. To contact us in relation to requesting such a change, you’ll need to email us at [email protected].

  • The frequency at which you wish to be updated; and
