  • Service number (CL/ XXXX);
  • Email address; and
  • Address.

Where you fail to include the required information, we may be unable to locate your service to update your preferences, so please ensure you include everything as stated above.

Joint service holders

This change will only update your own preferences. All other service holders may need to update their preferences separately. Until they notify us, all their correspondence including servicing notifications and alerts, will be sent to their previous preference.

  • The frequency at which you wish to be updated; and
  • Your personal details.
