How to view devices

Mobile users

  1. Open the dashboard (this is the first screen after logging in).
  2. Tap the menu icon (≡) in the top right corner of your screen.
  3. From the mobile menu, select ‘Manage account settings’.
  4. In the Manage account settings menu (menu names appear at the top right of each submenu), tap ‘Manage account’.
  5. In the ‘Account’ page, select the ‘Devices’ tab.

Desktop users

  1. Open the dashboard (this is the first screen after logging in).
  2. In the header, hover over your User ID.
  3. In the menu that appears, press ‘Manage account’.
  4. In the ‘Account’ page, select the ‘Devices’ tab.

What you'll see

  • Your current device, its user agent, and location; and
  • (If other devices have logged into your account) an ‘Other Devices’ section with the same details about those devices.

  1. In the ‘Account’ page and ‘Devices’ tab, find the device you wish to rename.
  2. Press ‘Rename’.
  3. Enter the new device name.
  4. Press ‘Rename’.

The new device name will appear alongside the user agent, and will remain this way through each log in using device fingerprinting.

The way of which this function operates is by terminating all sessions on all devices apart from the session and device you are currently using.

Logging out of all devices will stop any other devices from being able to stay authenticated in your Client Portal, resulting in data not showing and actions failing to complete.

  1. In the ‘Account’ page and ‘Devices’ tab, scroll to ‘See a device you don’t recognise’.
  2. Select ‘Log Out All Devices’.
  3. Read the information provided and press ‘Confirm’.

We recommend changing your password prior to actioning the log out to ensure they can’t just log in again.

To change your password

  1. In the ‘Account’ page and ‘Devices’ tab, scroll to ‘See a device you don’t recognise’.
  2. Select ‘Reset Password’.
  3. Enter your current password.
  4. Choose a new password that meets the visualised requirements.
  5. Confirm the password.
  6. Press ‘Update’.
