How to view notifications

Notification Panel

  1. In the dashboard, press the notification bell icon in the header to open your ‘ Notification Panel’.
  2. Here you’ll see notifications relating to numerous tasks.

Via email

Unfortunately, we are unable to guide you on the viewing of notifications in your own email inbox.

However, any emails from the Client Portal are sent from ‘[email protected]’. You can use this to search for emails from your Client Portal.

If you have any questions or concerns, please let us know by sending us an email at [email protected].

  1. In your ‘Notification Panel’, find a notification you’d like to use to navigate.
  2. Press on it and it will navigate to the page relative to that specific notification.

Both in-app and email service notifications are core features of the Client Portal and cannot be disabled on an individual account basis.

The Client Portal is a vital part of our Client Care Services.

It is the only official channel through which we provide updates, documents, and progress reports.

Without registering and actively using the portal, you will not receive updates on your case, and our team will be unable to move your matter forward.
