How to register for the Client Portal

Ensure you have read the requirements as you will need these to register.

  1. Scan the QR code using your mobile device.
  2. Tap ‘Register Online’ when the portal opens.
  3. Complete the registration form with the required details.
  4. Read and agree to the Terms and Conditions by scrolling to the bottom and pressing ‘I agree’.
  5. Choose a User ID and check its availability.
  6. Create a secure password that meets the visualised requirements, then confirm it by entering it again.
  7. At Step 3, set up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA):
    • Press ‘Set Up’
    • Enter your UK mobile number
    • Input the code sent to you
  8. Answer the security questions (keep a record for future use).
  9. Upload your accepted proof of identity.
  10. Upload your valid proof of address.
  11. Press ‘Complete’. You’re all set!

Your registration is now with us, and we will pre-populate it with your data (case, service, and other data etc) prior to its approval.

Without registering and actively using the portal, you will not receive updates on your case, and our team will be unable to move your matter forward.
