Changes to our appearance
You asked, we listened
We’re modernising ADVICIFAS, and you may have notices some changes to the way we look and sound. This includes a rebrand to match our iconic logo, different language and tone.
Why we’re changing the way we look
For far too long has ADVICIFAS taken the brunt of unacceptable risks and it’s time we put an end to it. Just like it’s not right that you’re being penalised for something you haven’t done, it’s not fair for those behind ADVICIFAS to have a constant battle between their own personal life and their business life. We’re making it a fairer, safer and risk-free environment for both our valued clients, and for our staff.
Changes to our business model
What else is changing?
We’re changing a lot more than just our look, here’s more:
- Instead of existing based on close, personal relationships with our clients, we now act by Terms & Conditions, proper legal agreements, Privacy Policy’s and process;
- Our communications are soon to be solely via email and / or proper professional communication methods – WhatsApp will soon be unsupported by ADVICIFAS; and
- Payments processed to and from ADVICIFAS are now solely by Cryptocurrency.

What should I do if something doesn't look right?
Given the changes, you might be concerned that some of the communications you receive from us are not genuine.
If you are worried, there simple ways you can identify a genuine communication is from us.
What to expect from our emails:
We will:
- Always include your name and the last two digits of the service number you have with us.
- Sometimes include links to more information to help you.
- Sometimes send you links to our secure encryption site, to take you straight to the information you need.
We will never:
- Send you to a web page that asks for your personal information.
