Change your contact preferences
To update your contact preferences relating to servicing notifications and alerts, use our ‘update contact preferences‘ form. Please note that we may not be able to update your contact preference to your desired preference. For more information, visit Terms & Conditions.
On the website:
- Tap ‘update contact preferences‘
- Enter your current information
- Select your current contact preference
- Select your new preference
- Supply reasoning for this change
- Press ‘submit’ and await our confirmation.

You can also email us to update your preferences. To do so, email us at [email protected] ensuring to remember to enter your service number (CL/ XXXX) into the email, with your new contact preference.
Writing to us to update your information
If you wish to update your preference by writing to us, direct your correspondence to:

Ensuring to include your:
- Full name;
- Service number (CL/ XXXX);
- Email address; and
- Address.
Where you fail to include the required information, we may be unable to locate your service to update your preferences, so please ensure you include everything as stated above.
Joint service holders
This change will only update your own preferences. All other service holders may need to update their preferences separately. Until they notify us, all their correspondence including servicing notifications and alerts, will be sent to their previous preference.
Change your update frequency
You can request us to update the frequency at which you are updated. To contact us in relation to requesting such a change, you’ll need to email us at [email protected].
When emailing us, include:
- Your service number;
- The frequency at which you wish to be updated; and
- Your personal details.

Changes to such a preference is at the sole discretion of ADVICIFAS. Where we disallow a change to this preference, it cannot be disputed and / or appealed.

You are able to change which cryptocurrency you pay us in. To do so, let your specialist know when they contact you asking you to make a payment.
