Learn how to change your details, such as your name, email address or telephone number.

You can change your mobile number by using our ‘update personal details‘ form. Please note, we may send you SMS messages (for example, One Time Priority Updates (OTPUs) or Servicing Alerts). We can only guarantee delivery to clients who are in the UK with a UK registered number (+44).

On the website:

  • Tap ‘update personal details
  • Enter your current information
  • Select the ‘Telephone Number’ box under ‘Select the details to update’
  • Fill in the field that shows upon selection with the updated telephone number
  • Select the checkbox to agree to the Terms & Conditions
  • Press ‘submit’ and await our confirmation.

If you already live in the UK and are moving to another UK address, you can change your address online.

  • Fill in the field that shows upon selection with the updated address
  • Select the checkbox to agree to the Terms & Conditions

Joint services

This change will only update your own address details. All other service holders may need to update their address separately. Until they notify us, all their correspondence including servicing notifications and alerts, will be sent to their previous address.

If you’ve changed your name, you’ll need to email us at [email protected] with some personal ID and proof of servicing ownership. You’ll also need to provide relevant supporting documents to prove this. You can provide one of the following documents:

  • Marriage or civil partnership certificate
  • Decree absolute
  • Enrolled Deed Poll or Scottish Registry
  • Unenrolled deed poll plus 1 ID document in your new name (e.g. passport or driving license)
  • Statutory declaration
  • Final court order document
  • Adoption certificate

If you fail to supply us with the required documentation as per the above, we won’t be able to update your name. Only once these documents are supplied will we be able to update your name.

Your date of birth may be stored incorrectly on our records and we may need you to update it. We might let you know this when you’re applying for a new product or service, for example.

To update your date of birth, please email us at [email protected]. You’ll need to provide proof of service ownership and send some personal ID.
